About Empower Community Supports LLC

 Our day program focuses on skill development and community integration, offering structured community-based activities up to 25 hours per week. Each activity is designed to align with the individual’s Person-Centered Support Plan and goals. Opportunities may include socialization, recreation, volunteer experiences, and adult education, all aimed at promoting independence, confidence, and meaningful community participation.  

 Our residential program provides long-term, person-centered support in a safe and structured home environment. We assist individuals who may be at risk of institutional placement by helping them build essential life and behavioral skills needed for greater independence. Support includes activities of daily living such as personal hygiene and grooming, bed making, household chores, meal preparation, eating skills, and developing social and adaptive skills necessary to successfully live in a community-based setting.
